Lazzaroni have been making Liqueurs
since 1846 they are all made in their plant at Sarrono
.
Their most famous liqueur is Amaretto Lazzaroni 1851
made to a traditional formula. The infusion of the
famous Amaretti Biscuits at 24% requires a lower
strength than its competitors yet retains a superb nutty
flavour.
In the extensive range from Lazzaroni are Infinito
Nero a black aniseed flavoured sambuca at 38% vol.
Sambuca Lazzaroni 1851 also at 38%, a sweet
liqueur whose base consists of essential oils extracted
through steam distillation of the seeds from star anise
with the addition of a concentrated solution of sugar
and other natural aromas.
All three products are packed in the distinctive
Lazzaroni square bottles and are available in 70cl and
50cl
Limoncino del Chiostro Made to the original
recipe through the infusion of unwaxed lemon peel This
28% volume Limoncino is very fruity in flavour and
carries a lower sugar concentration than most. Should
always be served chilled and is traditionally
recommended after a meal. It also makes a refreshing
long summer drink and can be used in fruit salads and
over ice cream.
Grappa di Chardonnay Pure single grape variety
in a 50cl bottle @ 40% vol.
Maraschino - This relatively dry cherry liqueur
made from Marasca cherries including the crushed stone
gives an added subtle bitter almond flavour. Available
in a 50cl @ 25% vol.
Sambuca del Lago This is offered as a price
fighting Sambuca @ 38% vol.
Marsala Lazzaroni have a Cremova and a
Fine which are both in 75cl sizes
